Jeffery Shue founded Allied Aire, Inc. in 2004 and serves as President. Jeff began working in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry in 1990. Jeff specializes in all areas of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. Jeff holds a North Carolina State Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contractor License H3-Class I number 29932. Jeff has earned certifications in EPA Universal Refrigerant, Indoor Air Quality, Carrier University Sales, Puron Refrigerant, Air Cooled Generators, Gas Piping, Heat Pumps, Ductless Mini Splits and Infinity Technician. Jeff is also a NATE certified technician. Jeff has attended classes at Campbell University and Central Piedmont Community College. Jeff is proud to have served the Charlotte and Lake Norman area for over 33 years.

Jennifer Larance-Shue joined the Allied Aire, Inc. team in June, 2006 as the Office Manager. Jennifer handles all aspects of customer service, scheduling, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting, payroll, human resources, and general clerical duties. Jennifer has over 20 years of customer service experience and over 15 years of experience in payroll and office administration. Jennifer graduated The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a core focus in Management in 1997. Jennifer also earned a Certified Payroll Professional Certification in 2004 and has recertified in 2009 and 2014. Jennifer has learned a great deal about the heating and air conditioning industry through ongoing training. Jennifer enjoys assisting customers and maintaining ongoing relationships with our clientele.

BJ joined the Allied Aire, Inc. team in October, 2015 as a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Service Technician. BJ has over 15 years experience in the industry servicing, maintaining, repairing and installing both residential and commercial HVAC systems with extensive training in top of the line equipment and indoor air quality products. BJ’s responsibilities include service, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and air conditioning units (both electronic and mechanical components) as well as maintenance on systems and preparing estimates for installation of heating and air conditioning equipment and ductwork. BJ is universally EPA certified and holds NATE certifications. BJ proudly services HVAC systems while focusing on customer satisfaction as his number one goal.

Mike joined the Allied Aire, Inc. team in February of 2019 as a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician. Mike began his HVAC career in 2012 when he began attending CPCC where he studied air conditioning, heating and refrigeration technology. Mike has earned several certificates including Air Conditioning Service, All Weather Systems Service, Heating Service, and Refrigeration Systems. Mike began his field work in the industry in 2014 servicing and maintaining equipment. Mike enjoys meeting new people and is committed to client satisfaction.

Victor began with Allied Aire, Inc. as a Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning lead installation technician in September, 2021 after relocating to NC. Victor is originally from Venezuela and began his career in HVAC in 2016 in Florida. Victor spent his prior 5 years in the industry working with system installations. Victor is EPA certified and has an accounting degree for University Rafael Belloso Chacin. Victor offers excellent customer service, problem-solving and mechanical abilities developed over a 9+ year career in HVAC. Victor is well-trained in defining the strategy and plans to get the most effective installation for our customers and is skilled at calibrating and optimizing systems to maximize performance and longevity. Victor strives to help the customer get an in-depth understanding of their new system by offering them the most satisfying experience possible.

Kimberly joined the Allied Aire, Inc. team in November 2022, as Office Administrator. Kimberly handles all aspects of customer service, scheduling, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other general clerical duties. Kimberly has over 18 years’ experience of customer service. Prior to joining Allied Aire, Inc., Kimberly worked in retail, most recently as an Assistant Manager. Kimberly enjoys assisting customers and working closely with our clientele. Kimberly has learned a great deal about the heating and air-conditioning industry through constant training opportunities.

Franko joined the Allied Aire, Inc. team in April of 2025 as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning installation technician. He completed his HVAC program at the Urban League of Central Carolina’s in 2025. Franko is universally EPA certified. He comes ready to work and makes sure he can leave customers satisfied after every installation. Franko strives in great customer service and treating all items and belongings with care while improving skills and quality every day.
